Hold off on hiring an assistant superintendent for one year, and use the money to fund books and computers. If we find we can function without one, all the better!
and your volunteering to perform ALL the duties required of an assistant superintendant right? I remember seeing on voteforlenz.com/assistant.aspx . He provided a document that lists exactly what the person duties are.
