Amendments to recall petition Section 3, 4 and 5

These sections have to do with the notification of the recall petition to the Select Board, notification to the official being recalled , setting the date of the recall election, and such. You can read it here.
One change I would propose is that the time be set at five working days in this portion of Section 5 "[The Select Board shall] if the officer does not resign, within five days thereafter, order an election"
