Town receives $870,381 in Chapter 90 funding

The town has been informed that the town's portion the state's $150 million Chapter 90 funds will be $870,381 for FY 2010 which begins on July 1, 2009. The town's 10 year Chapter 90 contract was signed ...

    Chapter 90 is the Massachusetts General Law chapter that deals with funding of roads and highways. Follow the links to the website for the state department. It has an explanation of the program.
