I did not realize until tonight that I had not posted the town's response to Mr. Gagne's motion for preliminary injuction. You can read the Town's response at this link.
My post on the counterclaim and motion for injuction is here.
My post on the original complaint can be found here.
More after the jump.

Obviously Wikipedia is not an authoritative source for legal advice but I think that the articles have given me an understanding of what these legal terms mean.

What news!
And read Curt's blog for even more!
LIBRARY OUTCOME PLEASE, BLOG
Director cut to save money I hear.
I give the library a lot of credit for making this tough decision. It must have been hard, but I think it shows the community that they are trying.
Thanks to Library Trustees.
Hard times mean hard decisions, people just can't get 5+% raises yearly and keep this going for all workers. This was a good decision and they can look at priorities. I have faith in trustees again, thanks for serving the public and taxpayers!
Thnak you trustees, ditto.
This is a positive step forward for the library. I have hope for this community.
Cutting jobs is always a difficult thing but I think the library trustees took the right vote. Now they just need to cut the #2 person.
It looks to me that the town will win this case.
This guy Greenspan did a great job.
