Phil Lenz cares about Phil lenz, sorry but it is the truth. He is in bed with Steve Russell. Not literally, but in decision making sense. A shame.

What is more urgently needed is updating and maintaining the official Town website we do have. Despite Michael Gagne's repeated requests for volunteers, unfortunately no one in the community has come forward to volunteer his or her skills, knowledge, and time to do so, except for Bill who has stated he would be willing to work on it if he had the approval. Personally, I feel Bill is doing more than enough already, and is giving us vital information we otherwise would not be getting, on the website he decided to create for all of us to share opinions, offer suggestions, and just plain vent.

We need the facts, documents, meeting minutes, and whatever else of value that is and could be public knowledge out there in print for all of us to read and refer to.

To publish town information and documents along with public commentary on these documents detracts from their content which could be of a crucial nature to the community. This type of information should be published solely for the information it contains, for the residents' knowledge and understanding. That's where the Town website comes in. Unfortunately, it's not in good working order.

I thought, though, that we had or were going to get an intern from UMD to help with the Town website. Volunteers would still be a help.

your statement is based on what elle.. I mean Anon. Facts.. because from what ive seen since the election he doesnt agree with alot of things but he's outvoted 4-1 often. for example not moving the sped kids, letting the DI tem participate in the worlds, and didnt he want to move admin to cushman until oil prices skyrocketed? voted down on that one too.

Bill, I wasn't suggesting that you DO it. You have already done more good for the town than anyone so newly in office has done, and more good than a lot of others have in the time they have been with the town. I know your posting said you had thought about it. I was trying to point out your willingness to continually assist the town to getting all the information out that we need, over and above your position as Select Board member, and your personal life outside of Town business. It's too bad others can't help with the website.

Does anyone know what specifically this entails? Is it an entire revamping of the website, just inputting, or what? Maybe there would be more takers if we knew just what was needed to be done.

Anon, 7:31, your post is confusing. Will you elaborate?
