Will the Library Director be from out of town?
Probably yes
Excellent! That is just what we need. Finally!
With an out-of-town executive administrator, budget and finance director, police chief (hopefully) and a library director, everyone in town employment will have to get used to new people that have no personal people ties (except possibly for Gregory Barnes for budget, who lived in Westport growing up and is familiar with the area) in town, therefore coming to the job with the opportunity to assess fellow town employees as well as some of the more notable townies who may still want to interject their personal philosophy of how Dartmouth should be governed.
