Effectively? Like the voke tech assessment that has croaked Dartmouth and Fairhaven? Where was he on that?
Quinn for sheriff is the best idea he has had ! he will lose his seat as state rep and will lose as sheriff..nice ! Thats another one gone...lets keep it going..Time to take back our gov't. Remember "for the people by the people"..not "for the few by the few"
