Senate support still growing!

From TPM media, this report on still more Senate support for passing the public option.

Still no word from our Senator Brown. Give him a call.

As the late Senator Kennedy said, Never give up the dream.

Bill, you last post said 31 Senators would vote for a public option, now this one says they have 30 votes.

To my untrained eye it appears support has gone down by 3%.

Bill, There is no movement toward the public option. The issue is dead. Please quit trying to make it sound otherwise.

The issue is not dead, but 45,000 Americans are, from not having health insurance last year according to the CBO.

And what is your problem Anonymous?
You got yours (health insurance),
what do you have against others getting it? How much evidence do you need that; 1) insurance companies don't care about patients, just profits. 2)America spends too much on healthcare without covering everybody. 3)The current rate of growth will bankrupt the U.S.

I have nothing against others getting health insurance, I don't want to pay for theirs and mine.

Insurance should be reformed but not the way the current bill changes it.

THis bill is DEAD

To anon, 9:08am, You already pay for theirs!! Every time someone goes to the ER without health insurance and is treated, you pay, we all pay! That's why it is so important that everyone in MA is covered. ER's do not turn people away. Healthy or not, accidents happen. Let's get health care reform started!! Tweak the bill!
